  • Brandfx uses third-party Generative AI tools to process your assets. We do not use your proprietary branding or personal data to 'train' public AI models. Your assets are used solely for the creation of your specific deliverables.

4. Data Storage & International Transfers

As a digital nomad operation, your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other locations where our service providers (Wix, Stripe, Google, Canva, Davinci, CapCut, Wise, Freepik, Midjourney, etc) operate. By using our site, you consent to this international transfer of data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your project assets and personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. AI "Character Seeds" and custom environments are stored to ensure consistency for future projects unless you request their deletion.

Assets provided for production (photos, videos, logos) are stored securely for the duration of your project or subscription. We use third-party tools like WeTransfer and Wix for data intake. While we take industry-standard precautions, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share these assets with us.

Depending on your location (e.g., Canada, EU), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request the correction or deletion of your data.

  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
